Hi! I’m Jaroslav Waznee. I do long term investment planning… for the human body. I help people manage the five asset classes of personal fitness (Strength, Endurance, Mobility, Brain Training and Food) increase human capital and produce high yield brain~body dividends that complement their financial plans.
I’ve been a student and teacher of personal development for the last 35 years. Besides meditation and Yoga I have completed certifications in strength training, scientific back training, core training, Spinning and Aerobox, as well as a personal trainer certification from ACE (American Council on Exercise). Other mentors include Steve Siebold, Bob Proctor, Esther Hicks, Baba Ram Dass, Bill Harris, James Arthur Ray, Mark Victor Hansen, Jack Canfield, John Assaraf and Genpo Roshi.
I owned my own training studio in Suffern, N.Y. called “the Wizard of Waz”, for 4 years. I sold my business in November 2008 and have spent the last 2 years developing a comprehensive brain~body training program called “The 20/30 Challenge” which relies on the use of unstable surfaces. I use a teaching concept called “Total Investment Fitness” to inform the public about the importance of having an individual’s personal fitness keep pace with her/his financial plans.
